Andy Chestnutt is Group Consulting Director. In this role Andy is responsible for ensuring that Compass’ services and consulting capabilities are designed and deployed in a way the best addresses the ever changing demands of the global marketplace in which Compass operates. He also has group responsibility for ensuring the quality and consistency of all engagements.

Andy has held various positions since joining Compass, from Applications Development Consultant to Managing Director of the UK practice

Before joining Compass Andy held senior roles in IBM.
