Keith benefits from over 30 years experience of the IT industry across all market sectors.  His areas of expertise include the management of sourcing programmes, evaluating outsourced service contracts, advising on IT performance improvement, evaluating the investment within infrastructure improvement programmes and advising on merger and acquisitions.  Recent engagements include:

• Advising a global financial services company on consolidating the IT functions of 4 recently acquired life, pensions, insurance and investment businesses
• Conducted a performance improvement programme for a leading global Bank on infrastructure services, provided by 5 data centres across 4 continents
• Advised on the service level agreements for a leading international mobile phone provider and a government defence contractor
